Remodeling in Modesto: what we see
Older homes near downtown
Houses in the College Area, La Loma and around Graceada Park are often several decades old. Opening a wall there can turn up old wiring, galvanized pipe or settled framing. We plan for it on the estimate and show you anything we find before fixing it.
Newer subdivisions in north Modesto
In Village One, Sylvan and the newer tracts to the north, the common jobs are builder-grade kitchens and baths that are ready for real counters, tile showers and better lighting, plus backyard fences and patios.
Summer heat
Modesto summers bring long runs of very hot days. We plan exterior painting, decks and roof work around the heat, and choose finishes and sealers that hold up to it.
