These terms cover the use of this website. The terms of any job we do are set out in the written contract you sign with Vicsa Construction.
Estimates
Estimates are free and carry no commitment. The price of a job is the price in your signed contract and any change orders you approve in writing.
New customer discount
New customers get 10% off. Ask for it when you request your estimate, and we will show it on the written price.

Project photos on this site are of our own work unless the footer notes otherwise. Some general photos are licensed from Unsplash.
Licence
Vicsa Construction is licensed by the California Contractors State License Board under licence #1038207. You can check its status at cslb.ca.gov.
