Our rule for damage found behind walls

When we open a wall and find a problem, we stop, show you photos and put the price in writing before we fix anything.

From drawing to finished room, under one contract

  1. 01The plan, drawn to scale

Before anything comes down, we draw the room: cabinets, plumbing, outlets, every dimension. You approve it with a written price, and we file it for the permit.

  2. 02The build, from the ground up

Foundations, rebar, framing, rough plumbing and electrical. If we find damage on the way, you get photos and a written price before we fix it.

  3. 03The finished room

Cabinets, counters, tile, trim and paint. We walk the room with you at the end and fix anything on your list before we call it done.
