A family-owned contractor in Modesto
Vicsa Construction is run by Victor Sanchez, a carpenter and general contractor with 30 years in the trade. The business is family owned, based on Mather Drive in Modesto, and licensed with the State of California under licence #1038207.
How Victor runs a job
Victor came up through carpentry, working with wood on cabinets, closets, stairs and floors. That background still shows in how we build: trim that is scribed to the wall, shelves set where you reach, doors that close without a slam.
He draws the plans himself. On our permit sets, the designer and the contractor are the same name. When a question comes up on site, the person who drew the wall is standing next to it.
A remodel almost always turns up something nobody could see at the estimate: a slow leak, old wiring, a joist that has sagged. Our rule is simple. We stop, show you photos, and put the repair price in writing before we touch it.
Much of our work comes from customers who call us again for the next room. New customers get 10% off, and every estimate is free.
